At Royal Kitten, we ensure that every Persian kitten is healthy, properly checked, and carefully handled before delivery. We follow a strict process to maintain quality and transparency for every customer.
No Return and No Refund Policy
We follow a strict no return and no refund policy once the kitten is delivered.
All kittens are picked up directly from the owner’s location. Before delivery, each kitten goes through a proper health checkup and FPV (Feline Panleukopenia Virus) test. Complete details, including videos and health information, are shared with the buyer before confirmation.
Once the buyer confirms and the kitten is delivered, return or refund is not possible under any circumstances.
Pre-Delivery Transparency
We maintain full transparency before delivery. Real-time videos of the kitten are shared, and the health condition is clearly explained. Buyers are encouraged to ask all questions and confirm details before making a booking.
Delivery Process
The kitten is picked up from the owner’s location, followed by a health checkup and FPV test. After that, safe delivery is arranged.
After successful delivery, full responsibility of the kitten is transferred to the buyer.
Important Note
We deal with live animals, not products. Therefore, return, exchange, or refund is not applicable after delivery.
We request all buyers to make a careful and informed decision before booking.
